Hilco Valuation Services Europe Hires Nick Hughes

Hilco Valuation Services Europe (HVSE) and Hilco Real Estate Advisory UK and Europe whose service delivery includes, Machinery and Equipment, Stock and Inventory, Intellectual Property and Account Receivables are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Hughes as Director in the Real Estate Advisory Department.

Mr Hughes joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, with over 15 years experience in real estate restructuring and insolvency matters across a broad spectrum of real estate classes and to a wide range of restructuring and insolvency practitioners.  Nick also undertakes business sales and advises on a variety of non-property assets including machinery and equipment, inventory and intellectual property.

During the last 12 months dominated by Covid with associated lockdowns and tier systems, Hilco Valuation Services have provided valuation, advisory and disposal services to Restructuring Professionals and Lenders in high profile cases such as Retail, Hospitality, Leisure etc.
