Now in our third century of auctioneering, we’re a friendly auction house with a team of experts and support staff who thrive on the buzz of auctioneering. We all work hard to make your experience of buying and selling at auction easy and enjoyable.

All of our auctions are held online and in a timed format, offering you the opportunity to place your bids over the course of 17 days. Catalogues go live every Thursday, and all of our auctions conclude on a Sunday evening - so there's always plenty of browsing and bidding to be done. Our auctions are split into departments ranging from collectables, furniture and art to classic cars and collectable vinyl. The auction schedule mixes regular and specialist auctions each month.

Our purpose-built offices and salerooms are based just off Junction 36 of the M6 and are easy to access from Cumbria, Lancashire, and Yorkshire. The main salerooms are light, airy, centrally-heated and air-conditioned. You are welcome to view during our weekly sessions, which are held between 10am and 2pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There’s also an inviting café just across the corridor for brews and a slice of something nice or a tasty lunch.

There’s a large car park, which is free for our customers to use, so loading and unloading are easy. We also have secure storage on-site to keep your items safe before they’re offered for sale at auction.
